i hate a diet. they say “lifestyle change” whatever. it’s only day 5 and i am already eating like shit. probably cuz i’m sick. or maybe cuz it’s friday. i wish i could just be happy eating shitty food, or be happy exercising.
or better yet just be happy with my fatness. 2 years ago i got down to 135 ish and since then i have stayed at 140. that’s really not...
